Fitness - HIIT - Second wind

HIIT:
I cant remember what it stands for but its where your in teams of two and one of use run out and do a small work out like ten star jumps and then run back and tag the other person then they do it fast and you only get a small breath in between each work out there can be sit ups, star jump and push up it can be any work out of your choosing and take a small breath in between it you can work by yourself but you cant take a long breath.

Second wind:
To get our second wind we were in group of three and we had to spread out and run run to the person if front of us the part that my second wind cam up was the middle because it was the longest bit and the people in my team were really fast so we didn't get that long to breath so it was kinda hiit as well as second wind if you don't know what second wind is its like where u get your first wind and its like a stitch and then you get your second wind and then you know your getting fitter because u can breath way better than you could before.
