term 3 learning story

In science this term i made hokey pokey and this helped me learn that everything is made up of atoms
and when atom and atoms join together they fall apart then make something else. 

I learnt how to make hokey pokey and it takes a long time to set if its not made properly and it doesn’t
look the same so it might not taste the same too i wonder if i made it a different way would it still take so
long to set.

I learnt what molecules are and what their made up of they are made up of atoms and atoms

the last week of term 3

Today is Thursday also the last day of term.
in the morning we had tech and we just got back we had a shared lunch i brought big cookies the were so good then after we had a small break to make up for the time at tech and now we are doing school work.
I like doing work but i want to do dance today but i don't think we are i think we are doing Dodgball instead i don't mind because i like both of them but last night i was working out a dance with one of my older sister, she has a dance assessment today she was very worry about it i asked her if she was ok and she said yes i am but she said she wasn't going to pass i think she will she just needs to stick to the dance and keep her head held high and on the dance.
i work out a dance to a song that she put on i have started to first part not the second bit thought i wanted to show Mrs j it but i don't think i will get the chance to yesterday we had dance and we learnt a line dance to cotton eye joy it was hard when she put it on fast but then it was easy when she put it on slow i don't want this term to end because then its only one term left with the year eight's i'm sad for the leaving assembly :(

What i need to improve on

What i need to improve on in my writing / literacy 
not interrupting my friends and staying on task doing my best
finishing it then doing dodge-ball and other games when i should be doing work

what i need to improve on in my math
 doing the ones that i know first and then doing the other one's so then i get more right

that was what i had written when i was a year 6 now i am a year 7 and i have not just improved i know when i should be doing works and when i should be playing games this week i have finished all my work and i can know if i want to play game or talk to my friends and help them but if they are finished i think i am trying my hardest to move up group when i am happy with the group i am in now.

what i have improve on my writing / literacy 
i don't talk to my friends unless i  am stuck or we need to talk or we are both done!
i finish all my work most of the time the do game's

 what i have improve on my math 
i am doing the ones that i know and its helping me a lot  and i do work on the other ones in my own time at home and now i know a lot more and i am working an doing it a lot better every time

Rotations groups

last term was a great day because we had a rotations group thing and I'm in group c there was 3 groups Julie,Sharon and Nogo we started in Julies we did this game of cards.
Its was like we had to listen and know when our tern was coming up.
It was funny and the  we went to Sharon's and we watched a movie called hole's.
she stop the movie at random times and we had to write the subtitle's that were on the screen before she paused it.
it was hard to concentrate on the subtitles when i was watching the movies the hole time.
its about this boy that got done for a crime that he didn't commute he went to the middle of no where and couldn't see his parent for the hole time they where there and they got made to dig hole day by day one hole each day if they found some thing then they had to hand it in and then they didn't have to dig  for the rest of the day and when the boy did find something some one took it and said he found it of course it was a lie.
the people running it wanted something really bad and then in the end the boy runs away to find another boy that ran away but its in the middle of no were and he would run out of food and liquids so he would die.
the story is really fun to watch and if i were u i would want to watch it
then after Sharon's group we went to Nogo's group we were doing language's and i did french i know how to say hello my name is and how are you.

they have so much fun at koru game they see people they haven't seen in a long time and they love playing and talking about it after the netball girl come back and tell me about it they tell me ho much fun it was who they where versing and complain how much they want to sleep
and my friend look so sleepy when i see her in the morning then she tells me about the koru game day she had the day before then we talk about other stuff then she will say that she want to go back to bed

Yesterday i came to school and it was so sunny and warm i waited for my mate and then when to class and then got on the bus and went to technology.

At tec i did plastics inserted of digytec i made stuff for my brother and mum. because mothers day was coming up and my brother wouldn't be their

Then we had cooking we made this potato thing before we left  she was talking so me and maddy ate it all and it was so yummy. 

We left to go back to school it was so fun on the bus we got back to school and it started to rain well we were eating  food talked and when out to along play then the year 7 when out for p.e we played catcher the flag on the small fled we normally  play with a big field but there wasn't a lot of people like normally and then we went home. 

P.s at technology we learn a lot and i like technology and on the bus ride back it was so fun.

A day in the life of a flying tree snake       points 3

Yesterday the first thing I did as a flying tree snake was going for my first flight of the day it was an
amazing exspeacinance and if I could go back to that day and live it for the rest of my life I would.

Because they are so amazing and a great exspeacinance they are awake all night and day.

They look cool with their mostly green body they are very long and they glide very quickly at  speeds
of between 26 and 33 feet per second.

But I am happy that I got this exspeacinance and well if you get an ounce and a lifetime opportunity to
take it it might be a great exspeacinance you never know unless you go so try so try every opportunity
that you get.

Flying snake

Lives in jungles 

You can also see them sometimes in a park

It climbs using ridge scales along its belly pushing against rough bark surface of tree 

None - predators

Genus - chrysopelea is also known by its common name flying tree snake

Snakes are really special but no as special as the flying tree snake

Not to be confused with flying serpent 

And they can live as long as 10 years there size 2--4 ft.

Every tree snake is mostly green but dependent on species with black, red and yellow.

In my weekend

In my weekend i went to a 30th birthday party on Saturday it was a family members partners party we lest before 6:00 pm and we got there after 1:00 pm when we got to kaiapoi it was really fun on the drive the i garbed my money before we left and then when we got to kaiapoi i bought me, hayley and krystal a frozen coke i asked mum if she wanted one but she didnt i was very exsided to get there and show krystal around because she had never been there and well it was very fun krystal and hayley wanted to make food so they did it was very fun they made a lot of food and there was music and dogs and cats and fish the dogs had these loud pig toys so i took them when they wernt playing with them and put them in the car they didnt know then some one got them back out went we left

Today the people went to koru game so its only like there are 20 kids and 4 teachers in class there are still 1 more teacher and about a bit more kids but it really fun when not every one s not here i can actually  get my work done next year im going to be doing koru games and i think im going to be doing netball i would have done it this year but i dont really get along with the girls in the group and i dont really know them i would have done it if my friends maiah was doing it but she is doing touch she doesn't really know how to play but i think she will be ok i think most people will come back and tell us about winning well i hope they will so i will do another blog about the score for all the days

life in tangaroa 2019

Well at first thinking of coming here was a bit of a challenge and I told the teacher that I didn’t think
I was ready to come in here but at the start of the year when I first came in to tangaroa it was
discombobulated to find new friends until I looked at Maddy and her mate i was never friends with them
but now i am and it fun but maddy left to go to timaru it was really fun with her here but there was also
a lot of drama  now that she has gone there is still a bit of drama but it over petty little stuff as the year
is going on i don’t want the year eights to leave it’s really fun with them here because there really funny
my boyfriend is a year eight they get to go to formal this year and i can’t go with him im really saddened
by that but it’s ok.

I can’t wait until next year but then I don't want this year to end because well there’s a lot of fun and well
next year I want to do netball for  cudo game im not doing anything because I don't like the girls doing it
this year but next year four sure im going to do netball.

2nd of the 8th 2019 Friday

Today is just like another friday we spend the morning it class the go to winter sports but next week it will be different because it's muffet and winter sports and we got a new girl in our team and then one of our team members went to A team but it's ok

Friday June 28

Today we are doing a e-asttle test and then its break i cant wait for winter sports we are eating after break then i'm going to help mr redmond hand out the uniforms and get ready to go play and we are playing at nbc and where playing at 12:30  its really fun i play wa and wd last time I play all 4 quarter and this time i don't think i will play all 4 quarter because my leg is a little bit in pain but i will try my best

Last friday

Last week on Friday its was mufti and also we had winter sports but i couldn't go because i had a really bad back and then the sports people got fish and chips and well i wish i didn't have a bad back because then i would get fish and chips i think Friday was my bad day and today is my good day bad reason  on happening Friday and now good reason are happening today on Tuesday 13/8/19 and hopefully i don't change that the score was 11/10 for b team
